New software features are available for all PDD devices. These features can be retrofitted to all devices already supplied via remote activation. All partial discharge measuring devices can now also be retrofitted with the proven fault location function of the DAC measuring systems.
This fault location system enables the exact localization of any faults and the location of joints. In order to be able to carry out a continuous condition assessment of the systems - including past measurements - a reading option of the PD measurements recorded with devices of the previous generation has been programmed. As a result, our customers are now able to re-evaluate measurements that date back 10...20 years and compare them with the latest measurements and thus carry out an improved analysis of the condition of the system.
